Your Sleep Study at GardenCity Smiles™: What to Expect

GardenCity Smiles™ has an in-house sleep lab in Yelahanka New Town. Before a study is arranged, the team explains the appropriate test and its preparation.

When to Seek Help

If sleepiness affects your ability to drive safely, avoid driving and seek medical advice. A sleep-study booking is not an emergency service.

Start With Your Symptoms or Existing Report

Tell us about snoring, witnessed breathing pauses, unrefreshing sleep or daytime sleepiness. Bring earlier sleep reports and details of any PAP treatment or oral appliance.

Confirm the Practical Arrangements

Ask which study is planned, the arrival and expected finish times, what to bring, and whether an accompanying person is appropriate. Request the study-specific instructions about meals, caffeine and medicines; do not change medicines independently.

Understand the Results and Next Step

Dr Deepthi Kalahasti reviews your sleep findings alongside your symptoms and discusses the next steps, with medical or ENT coordination when needed. Ask when the report discussion will happen and what follow-up is recommended.
