What Matters to You About Your Care?

Choose a topic to see how we approach decisions with you.

We begin with your concerns, history and an examination. When appropriate, photographs, scans or X-rays help explain the findings. You can ask what a finding means and how it affects your care.

We explain relevant alternatives, expected benefits and limitations before you decide. Depending on the findings, care may involve treatment, monitoring or referral. Preserving healthy tooth structure is considered wherever appropriate.

When several concerns need attention, we discuss priorities and the sequence of care. Each stage should fit with your teeth, gums, bite and overall treatment plan.

We explain aftercare and planned reviews. Maintenance, home care and changes that need attention are part of the discussion, with follow-up suited to your treatment.

Facilities That Support Your Care

The clinic uses an iTero Lumina scanner and digital radiography to support appropriate records, planning and explanation. Imaging is selected according to clinical need. Explore Our Technology →

Reusable instruments are cleaned, inspected, packaged and sterilised as appropriate using the clinic’s Class B autoclave. Treatment areas are prepared between patients. Equipment maintenance follows its own schedule and requirements.

Questions Before Your First Visit

Yes. You can book a general appointment and explain what is troubling you. You do not need to choose a treatment or know the diagnosis before visiting.

Bring relevant dental or medical records, earlier X-rays or sleep reports if applicable, and a list of current medicines. New patients should arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to complete the patient registration form.

This depends on the care you need. We explain who will provide each stage and how the clinicians involved will coordinate your treatment.

Yes. Tell us about your concerns and priorities at the consultation. We assess what needs attention and discuss the appropriate order of care.

Where your needs require additional expertise or care outside the clinic’s scope, we explain the relevant referral or coordinated-care options.
