Appointment Requests and Changes
A form, call or WhatsApp message is a request. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms a date and time with you. A preferred date selected online is not a reservation. Availability, appointment length and the appropriate clinician depend on your needs.
Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed visit. New patients should arrive ten minutes early for registration. Bring available relevant records and details of medicines and allergies.
Consultation, Treatment and Consent
Care is planned after an appropriate consultation. Discuss the proposed treatment, alternatives, material risks, limitations, likely stages and follow-up with the treating clinician. You may ask questions or seek a second opinion before deciding.
