Assistina cleaning process assures automatic internal cleaning of the spray channels and transmission parts using W&H Active fluid. It provides efficient and effective maintenance of our dental handpieces to enhance their performance and longevity.

Water distiller
Distilled water is used in our clinic for autoclaves, dental chair lines and dental hand pieces which are used on teeth intraorally. The use of distilled water is crucial in preventing the accumulation of bacteria and biofilm in dental water lines, which is recognized as a critical concern for patient safety according to the American Dental Association.

They are designed to provide efficient class B sterilization for all types of instruments and can disable the functioning of bacteria and viruses rapidly. Instrument Sealer and Autoclavable Disposable Pouches, UV Chamber
At Garden city smiles, we employ a sterilization protocol that is on par with global best practices. All instruments are soaked in an antiseptic solution for a minimum of 30 minutes, scrubbed and cleaned under running water and a cleansing solution.
Disposables
To ensure transparency in our sterilization techniques, all the disposable operating instruments such as injecting needles, syringes, gloves, mouth masks, suction tips, headcaps and the rest are discarded in front of the patients. After every procedure, proper cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces in the treatment rooms are carried out. The doctors as well as the staff adhere to strict measures of sterilization to prevent the risk of cross contamination.

In response to the potential risks in post-COVID times, our clinic follows global standards in introducing specially designed dental chairs for the safety and comfort of our patients. The unique attributes include suction support, filter, pneumatic headrest that adjusts seamlessly to the patient’s head positions, and an IGN disinfection system. The system utilizes calbenium in liquid form to decontaminate water effectively during operatory procedures. The spittoon-free chairs eliminate microbial growth and transmission. They provide patients with significant mobility that complements a comfortable dental experience.
Vatech RVG sensor (Digital radiography)
We are sensitive towards our patient’s X-ray exposure levels. We use RVG sensor that reduces the patient’s exposer to X-ray radiation by 80%. The rounded & cut edges of the VATECH EZ Sensor allows for a seamless dental treatment. X-ray images are promptly displayed on computer screens for easy management, including sending them to patients via email and documentation purposes. We are proud to say that our radiography equipment has been certified by AERB (Govt. Of India)
Vatech : Portable Handheld x-ray unit
The VEX-P300 is an intra-oral portable X-ray system that offers low radiation, excellent image quality and safety while doing intra oral radiographs of patients. As an additional safeguard to our patients, we place a lead “bib” over the chest, abdomen, and pelvic region to prevent any unnecessary radiation exposure to vital organs.
